Your future team is driving the shift by developing world leading technology for exhaust aftertreatment systems. They are working in an important and challenging area where their aim is to provide customers with best in class products – ”We make a difference and it’s fun!”

About the group
The position allows you to be part of the ongoing transition into agile ways of working within the development of the next generation aftertreatment systems. You will be the eleventh member in a helpful and competent team, working with both early concept phases and mature projects. The projects are always within the same technical scope – aftertreatment systems.
The group develops solutions for their own trucks and buses as well as for international partners. It’s a cross-functional environment, involving close collaboration with purchasing, production, aftermarket and suppliers.

Your role
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in enabling the team to move forward in multiple parallel technical projects. Your main focus will be on driving PI planning, facilitating continuous improvement, and supporting the team’s agile transformation. You’ll work closely with an Object Manager and a highly skilled, technical team.
This is a 6-month consulting opportunity, with the possibility of extension.

Your profile
To thrive in this role, we believe you are structured, communicative and have a strong drive to move things forward. You have a technical background and a good understanding of engineering processes. You enjoy working in teams, can quickly adapt to new work environments, and value collaboration.
Other requirements for this position:

• Experience in project management, ideally within R&D
• Good knowledge of agile methodologies and working in agile teams
• Comfortable working in English, both spoken and written
• Experience from manufacturing industries is a plus
